About Anastasiia.

I was born into a family of cinematographers in Kyiv.

There was no opportunity for my parents to leave me with a nanny while they were working so luckily I was raised on set.

If I am honest – I’ve never been to a place on earth which is better than film set, so I decided to go to film school as soon as it was possible to enter there.

Right after, I worked as a 1st AD and a Junior producer and learned from the best. Then luckily, I started to shoot commercials as a Director as I wanted from the very beginning and I really appreciate that I started to do it in Ukraine.

I really like to tell stories, work with actors, graphics, comedy, create different worlds, and deal witch clients and agencies because I’m more than convinced that we have to be all together, we’re all in the same boat.

I feel that the world is changing now, and new formats appear so quickly, so I really want be the kind of a director who keeps up with the times and is not afraid of change.
