Johannesburg born director, Juniper, embodies the famed South African characteristics of positivity, resilience, exuberance and make-a-plan-can-do attitude, and these characteristics effuse both her personality and her work.

She has a penchant for problem solving and there is no challenge too big or brief too tight.

After cutting her teeth as a creative researcher, Juniper made the leap to directing and editing music videos and content in 2009, coming onto the local scene with a bang after winning a Loerie (from Africa and the Middle East’s premier advertising awards show) for her very first content commercial for Vodacom.

Juniper is endowed with a rare balance of logic and artistic flair that makes her as meticulous with the small details as she is creative with the big ideas. She has brought this combination of art and science, as well as a genuine love of collaboration, to numerous car commercials, comedy spots, stop-frame animation and performance pieces.

Her passion for high action is rivalled only by her enthusiasm for turning even the smallest human moments into entertaining stories.
